룩셈부르크 국가 혁신기관 룩스이노베이션, 서울창업허브 공덕·스카이인큐와 ‘유럽 진출 세미나’ 공동 개최

지난 7월 21일, 룩셈부르크 국가 혁신기관 룩스이노베이션(Luxinnovation) 서울창업허브 공덕에서 글로벌 액셀러레이터 스카이인큐 (SkyinQ), 서울경제진흥원과 함께 ‘EU 런치패드: 룩셈부르크 - 유럽시장의 전략적 교두보’ 세미나를 개최했다.

이번 행사는 유럽 시장 진출을 희망하는 국내 혁신 스타트업을 대상으로 현지 생태계와 실전 전략을 전하기 위해 마련됐다.

특히, 행사에는 자크 플리스 (Jacques Flies) 주한 룩셈부르크 대사가 참석해 현지 인사이트를 공유했으며, 룩스이노베이션의 제니 헬렌 헤드버그(Jenny Hällen Hedberg) 국제 사업관계 총괄이 연사로 나서, 유럽 시장의 전략적 거점으로서 룩셈부르크가 가진 혁신 생태계와 해외 기업 지원 체계를 생생하게 전했다.

네트워킹 세션에서는 스타트업과 대사관, 혁신기관 관계자들이 협력 방안을 논의하며 실질적인 교류가 이어졌다.

What started as a small session drew far more interest than we'd expected, so we scaled it up to the Grand Hall — and the room filled up.

Jacques Flies, Ambassador of Luxembourg to the Republic of Korea, and Jong Woo Kim, Director of Startup Division at Seoul Business Agency, opened the day with their remarks.

Jenny Hällen Hedberg, Head of International Business Relationships, Luxinnovation, then walked through how Korean companies can use Luxembourg as a strategic base for Europe.

CEO of SkyinQ, Soyeh Kim gave a talk titled "Why Europe Feels Difficult" — Europe isn't a difficult market, it's a cautious one. Technology opens the door, but trust wins the contract.

Codepresso's Global Director, MJ Baek, Naru Security and CyberExM's CEO, Joon Kim, both already operating in Luxembourg, shared what expansion actually looked like once they were on the ground.
