NEXUS Luxembourg 2026: 한국 스타트업 14개사 혁신 기술 선보여

제3회 'Nexus Luxembourg 2026'이 6월 10~11일 룩셈부르크에서 개최되었다. 올해에는 675명의 연사, 23개국에서 온 26개의 해외 대표단, 그리고 80개국 이상의 대표들을 포함하여 총 9,600명 이상의 참가자가 참석했다.

룩셈부르크 정부, 룩셈부르크 시, 룩셈부르크 상공회의소, 그리고 룩스이노베이션(Luxinnovation)이 후원한 ' Nexus Luxembourg 2026'은 전세계의 유망한 기업들이 혁신적인 기술을 선보이고 투자자, 기업, 국제 파트너들과 교류할 수 있는 글로벌 플랫폼을 제공했다.

전 세계에서 엄선된 247개 스타트업 및 스케일업이 '런치패드 아레나'에서 12개 분야에 걸쳐 솔루션을 선보였다. 이 중 한국 스타트업 및 스케일업 14개사도 포함되었으며, 몇 개의 기업은 '스타트업 및 스케일업 어워드(Startup and Scaleup Awards)' 수상 기업으로 선정되어, 한국의 글로벌 혁신 역량을 입증했다.

수상 기업:

- Seam2Real과 SpaceMap은 우주 기술의 미래에 대한 혁신적인 기여를 인정받아 Space Tech Award의 최종 후보 10에 선정되었다.

- Verywords는 스마트 모빌리티 및 자율주행 분야 스타트업 피칭 대회에서 2등상을 수상했다.

또한 이번 행사는 룩셈부르크 고위급 정부 관계자들의 높은 관심도 끌었다. 자비에 베텔(Xavier Bettel) 룩셈부르크 부총리 겸 외교·대외무역부 장관이 Sim2Real 부스를 방문했고, 엘리자베스 마르그(Elisabeth Margue) 미디어 장관은 WorkerInSpace 부스를 방문하여 국제 기술 협력 증진에 대한 룩셈부르크의 깊은 관심을 보여주었다.

' Nexus Luxembourg 2026'에서 한국 스타트업들이 거둔 성과는 사이버 보안, 데이터 및 AI, 핀테크 및 디지털 금융, 그린 및 기후 기술, 헬스 및 바이오 기술, 우주 기술 등 첨단 기술 분야에서 한국과 룩셈부르크 간의 협력이 확대되고 있음을 보여준다.

 The 2026 edition of Nexus Luxembourg, held on June 10–11, 2026, brought together more than 9,600 participants, alongside 675 speakers, 26 international delegations from 23 countries, and representatives from more than 80 countries. Supported by the Government of Luxembourg, the City of Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, and Luxinnovation as the Premier Institutional Partners, Nexus Luxembourg 2026 provided a global platform for emerging companies to showcase breakthrough technologies and connect with investors, corporations, and international partners.

247 handpicked startups and scaleups from around the world showcased their solutions across 12 categories at the Launchpad Arena. Among them, 14 Korean startups and scaleups were selected for the Startup and Scaleup Awards, highlighting Korea’s global innovation capabilities.

Among the selected companies:

• Seam2Real and SpaceMap were named among the Top 10 finalists for the Space Tech Award, highlighting their innovative contributions to the future of space technologies.
• Verywords, represented by Ms. Juhee Lee, won Second Prize in the Startup Pitch Competition in the Smart Mobility and Autonomous Driving category.

The event also attracted high-level government attention. Xavier Bettel, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Luxembourg, visited the Sim2Real booth, while Elisabeth Margue, Minister for Media and Connectivity, visited the WorkerInSpace booth, demonstrating Luxembourg’s strong interest in fostering international technology collaboration. The achievements of Korean startups at Nexus Luxembourg 2026 underline the growing partnership between Korea and Luxembourg in advanced technologies, including Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Fintech & Digital Finance, Green & Climate Tech, Health & Biotech, Space Tech.
