It reveals that for the first time, more AI talent is moving from the US to Europe than the other way around, cementing the continent’s reputation as a premier destination for a long-term career in technology.

In the race for AI talent, Luxembourg stands out. The country ranks third in Europe for the density of AI professionals, placing it just behind the larger tech economies of Ireland (4.19 per 1,000 inhabitants) and Switzerland (3.25).
