In the race for AI talent, Luxembourg stands out. The country ranks third in Europe for the density of AI professionals, placing it just behind the larger tech economies of Ireland (4.19 per 1,000 inhabitants) and Switzerland (3.25). This advantage is crucial as competition across Europe intensifies.
