Who we are

Luxembourg Trade & Invest is a common brand and a joint initiative for the economic promotion of Luxembourg.

Supporting business expansion

Luxembourg Trade & Invest brings together key organisations involved in Luxembourg’s economic promotion, prospection and foreign trade expansion activities. The following partners work closely together to coordinate on-going activities:

Trade & Investment Steering Committee (TISC)

Luxembourg Trade & Invest falls under the leadership of the Trade & Invest Steering Committee (TISC). The TISC is responsible for developing the economic promotion and foreign trade & investment strategy in coordination with all stakeholders, as well as for its implementation and monitoring. The TISC is also responsible for coordinating foreign trade promotion and prospection work. The TISC is chaired by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade. It is composed of representatives from the following organisations: 

Trade & Investment Board (TIB)

The supervisory body Trade & Investment Board (TIB) is responsible for the validation and monitoring of the economic promotion and foreign trade & investment strategy. It is co-chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade and the Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy and Tourism, with HRH the Crown Prince as its Honorary Chair. The TIB includes the following organisations:
